Are you our new Test Coordintor - Complete Vehicle Integration Test?


Our team, Complete Vehicle Integration Test, performs complete vehicle testing and verifies the embedded systems in vehicles. We performs testing throughout the software development process. This involves testing new functionalities as they are implemented as well as regression tests and allways from an end-user perspective. We perform complete vehicle tests in both trucks and buses to ensure that all systems work together throughout the development phase. Additionally, we work continuously on developing our tests and test methods.

Your Role


We are now looking for a new test coordinator, not only for the group you will belong to, but for the section. You will be the main contact to the rest of Scania developing organization and be involved in most of the ongoing projects. You will also be part of the coordinating team planning for the coming test activities. You will truely be in the center of our organization and have a very important role which you will be part of developing futher.

Coordination: Manage incoming software deliveries by participating in regular meetings and maintaining direct communication with responsible parties, building a broad network within Scania.

Leadership: Lead the delivery flow within the group and conduct several meetings during each test round.

Teamwork: Collaborate with coordinating team to ensure smooth operations and maximize the value of integration testing for both short-term and long-term projects.

Your Profile

You have a university or college degree in engineering or a related field, along with a few years of relevant work experience. You are social, enjoy problem-solving, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You are structured, responsible, and able to quickly grasp complex issues. You are outgoing and collaborate well with others, which is crucial as you will coordinate multiple deliveries from different departments.

You have strong communication skills in both English and Swedish. Good knowledge of vehicles, transmissions, engines, or embedded systems will be beneficial and are meritorious, as well as former experience in test or project management and a desire to take on a leadership role.
