Use Case Team Analyst

Scania is undergoing a transformation from being a leading supplier of trucks, buses, and engines to providing complete and sustainable transport solutions. Together with Traton and our sister brands MAN, Volkswagen Truck & Bus, and International, we are working to shape the future of mobility with innovative and environmentally conscious solutions.

Our values – customer first, respect, team spirit, responsibility, and elimination of waste – are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we are at the forefront of creating a sustainable future.

Role Summary

As a Use Case Analyst, you'll work with large datasets—operational, sales, and field quality—to find technical and financial strengths and weaknesses in our product portfolio. The team’s mission is to propose technical improvements that enhance our customer offerings and to demonstrate how these changes support Scania’s profitability. Your main task is to present complex data clearly to guide business decisions. You will collaborate closely with Portfolio Management, Commercial, R&D, Finance, and other strategic teams within Scania and Traton.

The Use case team is dynamic and brings in experts on demand, and visits to workshops and customers offer deeper insights. The Use Case Analyst role comes with a high level of autonomy and a strong voice in strategic decisions. You will enhance your product knowledge, build a wide network within Scania and the entire Traton group, and gain insights in our strategic journey. We seek someone committed to win-win solutions for both customers and Scania.
