Who You Are

We are looking for an engineer with a Master of Science degree or equivalent knowledge in data, embedded systems, and/or performance management. You should have good communication skills, be organized and self-motivated, and excel at leading and following up on technical work in a large international organization. Experience in Jenkins, Python, Jira, and C# is an advantage.

The domain is technically complex and developed to the highest performance and standards on the market. Systems in this domain are key to the function, performance, and environmental impact of our products, so an engineering background or strong engineering interest is expected.

You should be fluent in both written and spoken English (Swedish is meriting).

Your Role

Your work tasks will be varied and challenging, split into two parts: SW Iteration Leader and SW Build Engineer

As an SW Iteration Leader, you will be at the heart of a team of project managers, the test organization, and software development teams. You will coordinate the timing for new software releases, define and improve development processes, and ensure these processes are followed.

As an SW Build Engineer, you will own systems for version management and document automation within a Continuous Integration environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and comprehensively testing software, with modularization and automation being key aspects.

The Engine System Software group is responsible for the complete internal combustion engine management system. We perform a wide range of cross-functional work within the Traton Group. Our team is responsible for many of the tools and processes used in the development of the engine management system.
