About this role
Help Scania customers get moving again. In this role, you are the calm, practical voice on the phone when a driver or customer needs urgent support. You coordinate the right help, keep people informed, and guide each case from the first call to resolution.

- The shift pattern brings more days off: Assistance operates 24/7, with day, night and weekend shifts, approximately 15 shifts per month.
What you will do
- Answer calls from Polish customers and international Scania customers visiting the region.
- Listen carefully, identify what the customer needs, and choose the quickest practical next step.
- Coordinate assignments with workshops and service partners.
- Keep customers updated at regular intervals so they know what is happening.
- Follow each intervention from opening to closing in a structured and accurate way.

You do not need to have the same job title today. The role can suit people with experience in:
- customer service, contact center or client support,
- dispatching, logistics, travel assistance or roadside assistance,
- hospitality, administration or any role where calm communication under pressure matters,
- technical or automotive support, if you already have that background.

What we need from you
- Polish and English at B2 level are required. Slovak is an advantage.
- Secondary education with school-leaving examination.
- Customer service mindset, patience and professional communication.
- Readiness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule, including day, night and weekend shifts.
- Driving licence B.
- Technical skills are welcome, but they are not required.
About Scania Assistance
Scania Assistance supports customers when something unexpected happens to their vehicle or engine and urgent action is needed. The Assistance Center in Senec covers Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and Polish customers, as well as customers visiting the region from other parts of Europe. The Polish team is responsible for customers from Poland.
Gross wage
from EUR 1,950/month, depending on experience and seniority
