Job description, responsibilities and duties
Scania Financial Services is a business unit that provides services to customers, dealers, and distributors in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary through local leasing companies. We are currently looking for a new team member to join our team based in Senec.
Main responsibilities include:
- Preparation of leasing contracts, including all attachments and related documentation
- Ensuring fast and error-free transfer of documentation between internal and external company contacts
- Collecting required documents before/at delivery, such as handover protocols and insurance policies
- Issuing all necessary documents for contract termination
- Monitoring vehicle insurance and ensuring proper updates of insurance information in the LEASE module
- Ensuring that contracts are duly signed and, if required, properly legalized on time
- Responsibility for the LEASE module
- Monthly invoicing of leasing and insurance contracts to customers
- Preparation of documents for external scanning and archiving
Personal qualities and skills
- Previous professional experience in a similar position is required, preferably in administration or financial services
- IT skills – a good knowledge of MS Office programs is required
- Customer-oriented, collaborative, and a team player
- Flexibility in handling work tasks
- Proactive personality, problem-solving oriented, with an eye for detail
- Interest in learning new things
- High school diploma or college degree in economics/finance
- English language proficiency at the B1 level
- Knowledge of the local slovak language is essential
- Driver's license, Class B
