People Services Executive
Role Summary
The People Services Executive involves in the employee life cycle and provides support to the People & Culture (P&C) department in daily operations of Scania Southeast-Asia (SSEA).
Job Responsibilities
Personnel Records & Data Management: Ensure personnel data record is maintained and updated timely in various internal databases/ systems (i.e. RAMCO, MySuccess, etc) with professionalism and utmost confidentiality
Payroll Administration & Reporting: Administer the end-to-end payroll and statutory processing; Prepare reporting for headcount, personnel cost, budgeting, and other HR metrics
Annual Pay and Benefits Review: Delivery of the annual review to the appointed HR consultancies; Provide relevant payroll and market pay analyses for benchmarking
P&C Documentation: Maintenance of personnel file and issuance of HR letters
Business Support: Resolve queries from internal or external customers on HR related systems/ processes/ policies
Personal Capability Building: Maintain an understanding of relevant HR technology, legal compliance and regulation, and industry best practices through networking, ongoing education and reading medias.
Other responsibilities include administration of compensation & benefits and provide support in expat management as well as the overall development of P&C in SSEA.
