As we look ahead and continue writing the next chapter of our journey, we are looking for a Chief Technology Officer who will play a key role in shaping our technology direction, advancing our product development capabilities, and driving the next phase of our technology journey.

Role Summary

As Chief Technology Officer, you will lead Technology and Product Development across the company and be responsible for creating a structured, high-performing engineering organization that delivers products with predictability, quality, and customer value.


Reporting directly to the CEO and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, you will shape our technology direction, drive product development excellence, and ensure that our battery solutions continue to meet the needs of customers and the market.

Job Responsibilities

You will:
•    Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering organization and create the conditions for teams to succeed.
•    Drive the development of products and technologies from concept through validation, industrialization, and lifecycle management.
•    Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Compliance functions to ensure successful delivery and scalable growth.
•    Represent the technology organization in discussions with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.
•    Help shape the long-term technology roadmap and ensure that innovation, customer value, quality, and business objectives remain closely connected.

Who You Are

•    We believe you are an experienced leader with a strong track record of building and leading engineering, technology, product development, or R&D organizations.
•    Experience from battery systems, electrification, energy-related technologies, Scania, TRATON.
•    You are comfortable leading through other leaders and creating alignment across multiple functions and stakeholders.
•    You combine strategic thinking with a strong ability to execute and deliver results.
•    You have experience working with complex technologies, product development, and cross-functional environments.
•    You communicate effectively at all levels and build trust with teams, customers, partners, and executive stakeholders.
