- 月次の給与に関する管理
- 給与ベンダーとのコミュニケーション
●勤怠管理(勤怠システムの入力内容確認や修正)
- 月次勤怠の締め
- 出勤率チェックのための出力及びデータ作成
●年次業務 (手続きはベンダーに委託)
- 住民税年度更新
- 年末調整
- 給与支払報告書等
●従業員入退社管理
- On-boardingのスケジュール管理。
- 入退社の必要書類の作成、手配
●社内外問い合わせ一次対応
- 給与関連
- 休職・退職
- 労務相談
●種データ管理やレポート作成(主にExcel)
●その他HR Adming業務
- ストレスチェック
- 健康診断
- 産業医対応 etc."


その他要望  

• 5年以上の給与計算・社会保険手続きのご経験
• 日本語ネイティブ・英語ビジネスレベル
•  Microsoft office(Excel,Word,Powerpoint, outlook, teams) 等のITスキルは必須
・コミュニケーション能力

Hiring process

1st round: P&C Service Manager  *IT+English Check during the interview
2nd round: Web test
3rd round: P&C Director

Main Duties 

● Payroll-related operations
- Managing monthly payroll
- Communication with payroll vendor

●Time sheet system management (confirmation and correction of input contents in the attendance system)
- Closing monthly attendance system
- Output and data creation for attendance rate check

● Annual Event for payroll (procedures are outsourced to vendors)
- Resident tax annual update
- Year-end Tax Adjustment
- Salary payment reports, etc.

●Employee on-board and off-board management
- On-boarding training scheduling.
- Preparation and arrangement of necessary documents for on-board and off-board 

●Primary response to internal and external inquiries
- Payroll
- Leave of absence and retirement
- Labor consultation
etc..

●Various data management and report creation (mainly Excel)

●Other HR Admin tasks
- Stress check
-Health Check for employees
- Communication with company doctor etc."
Other requirement    "• More than 5 years of HR payroll and social insurance operation 

• Native Japanese skills and Business level English

• Similar career in automotive industry is an advantage. 

• IT Skills of Microsoft office(Excel,Word,Powerpoint, outlook, teams) will be required."
