Service Advisor - Operational Professional 1

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure the profitability and reliability of the warehouse through excellent customer service, managing brand standards and ensuring the correct and necessary supply for internal/external customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Control of warehouse entries and exits.
  • Guarantee the pre-picking of spare parts.
  • Guarantee attention to customer needs.
  • Guarantee compliance with KPIs under target.
  • Ensure warehouse control.
  • Guarantee the availability of parts and service during ongoing or upcoming technical campaigns.
  • Guarantee constant improvement proposals in the warehouse.

TASKS

  • Verify availability of requested materials.
  • Prepare orders (Picking) and deliver spare parts.
  • Pack and ship materials via courier.
  • Receive materials, check against packing-list and record discrepancies.
  • Execute cycle counts according to the calendar.
  • Report inconsistencies or damage to received or stored products.
  • Physically locate parts in the correct place and record movements in the system.
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts or mobile equipment.
  • Maintain order and cleanliness of the work area according to 5S.
  • Manage materials through vouchers and report consumption.
  • Support in the review and packaging of materials for buyback and cores.
  • Comply with the records required by the system and its indicators.

EDUCATION

High school, TSU or Technical degree completed.

JOB PROFILE

  • One year in a similar position.
  • Forklift operation (valid license desirable).
  • Basic knowledge of mechanics (preferred).
  • Experience in cycle counts.
  • Office software management (basic to intermediate).
  • Knowledge of safety standards and continuous improvement (5S, problem solving).
  • Experience in handling chemicals (preferred).
  • Desirable experience in reverse logistics and receiving international materials.
