What you will do
This role is responsible for successfully gaining the knowledge and skills to ensure excellent customer relationships are created and maintained to both external and internal customers. It is also being reliable and willing to learn to ensure customer needs and expectations are met throughout their Scania experience, from customer enquiry, invoice and follow up service.
Your duties include:
- Assist Parts Advisors to pick and deliver correct parts to customers and Workshop – pack parts and arrange delivery when required.
- Contribute in completing relevant documentation accurately, including invoices, payment and other official papers.
- Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of excellent customer service, ensuring customer needs are being met.
- Work together with the Workshop to assist with parts availability and ensure packaging, service exchange and warranty parts procedures are adhered to.
- Take part in monitoring stock, spare parts and inventory, organising stock take as required.
- Receive and inspect goods, checking transport documents and incoming goods against the order and resolve and discrepancies.
