What you will do 

This role focuses on providing practical Warranty support and technical guidance to ensure claims are assessed accurately, costs are controlled, and our workshop network receives clear, timely advice. You will use your technical knowledge to review repairs, challenge costs where needed, identify trends, and support consistent Warranty decisions that align with our business financial goals and Customer First Value.

You will be responsible for;

  • Providing daily Warranty support and technical advice to the workshop network
  • Reviewing Warranty documentation, repair details and claim evidence
  • Controlling Warranty costs and reporting on technical trends
  • Training and auditing dealers, workshops and sales teams
  • Providing Warranty repair assessment and technical expertise

 

Who you are

To be successful as a Warranty Specialist within our organisation, we believe that you will have;

  • Relevant technical experience within the automotive, heavy vehicle or transport industry
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to analyse repair information and provide practical technical solutions to workshops
