Role Summary

We're looking for a new colleague to join our Scania service team in České Budějovice and help ensure the smooth operation of our spare parts warehouse. If you're organised, have an interest in technology, and enjoy a hands-on role where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.

 

What will you be responsible for?

  • Receiving, inspecting and storing spare parts
  • Ordering spare parts based on the needs of the workshop and customers
  • Preparing and issuing parts for the workshop and external customers
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and working with the warehouse management system
  • Cooperating with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure spare parts availability
  • Processing returns, warranty claims and packaging materials
  • Participating in stock takes and helping to optimise inventory levels
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment

 

 

What are we looking for?

  • Secondary education, preferably in a technical field
  • Technical mindset and an interest in automotive technology
  • Previous experience in warehousing or the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Accuracy, reliability, and strong organisational skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Valid Category B driving licence (Category C is an advantage)
  • Forklift truck (FLT) licence is an advantage, but we can help you obtain one
  • Fluency in Czech/Slovak language, basic knowledge of English is an advantage
