Soft Skill Trainer / P&C Marketing Coordinator HU

 

Main responsibility

  • Soft skill trainings
  • Design learning sessions to meet the requirements of a specified curriculum, create new or to fill gaps in existing programs; develop and maintain relevant content and high-quality training resources to ensure high levels of learner engagement and achievement of learning outcomes
  • Support the identification of learning needs by analysing performance and competence data to identify gaps in relation to required levels; recommend priorities for Learning and Development interventions
  • Contribute to the creation of development centres; tailor pre-existing exercises and feedback and development planning processes and tools; draft new content as directed; draft documentation; train assessors to engage assesses, facilitate activities, and support individuals in their development planning
  • Organize and prepare complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarizing data for special reports
  • Deliver training sessions or short courses, engaging, advising, and guiding learners and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfil personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media
  • Assist in the identification of training needs, including the proposal of learning solutions. Conduct training in Non – technical and Soft-skills area
  • Apply technology like computer software, electronic training aids, blended learning tools and techniques in the delivery of training
  • Design and build training aids to assist with the delivery of training
  • Adapt Scania Academy courses and trainings to the local needs and conditions

 

  • P&C Marketing (In cooperation with P&C Specialist CZ & Marketing Coordinator CER)
  • Support the organisations work to attract, recruit and retain dedicated and competent people in a systematic way
  • Work to ensure conditions to create a strong employer brand through the right focus in the organisation and connected to prioritized activities
  • Develop and implement employer branding and HR marketing activities.
  • Create engaging content for career websites, social media, and internal communication channels.
  • Collaborate with P&C to highlight employee stories and company culture.
  • Manage the company’s presence on social media platforms and job portals.
  • Support and promote career events, job fairs, and school collaborations.
  • Ensure consistency of the employer brand across all touchpoints and materials
  • Implementation of global P&C activities in HU as 12 momenths, appreciation and loyalty programs

 

  • Support the Young professionals program and Scania Trainee program based on the requirements of superior manager and Scania Trainees & Apprentices Project Lead CER,  coordination of other Student programs

 

  • Supports the People business partner in preparation, realisation and follow up of Employee satisfaction survey (MyVoice)
  • Support in new employee follow-ups (organisation of Welcome day for newcomers)
  • Preparation and organisation of events with employees

 

Requirements:

  • University degree (preferably in HR, education, psychology, or business)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development or HR
  • Native-level Hungarian and fluent English, Slovak language is an advantage
  • Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to motivate, influence and support learners
  • Experience with designing and delivering training content
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and digital learning tools
  • Organised, proactive, self-driven personality
  • Driver’s license (category B)
