Soft Skills Trainer & P&C Specialist

Main responsibility

• Planning and delivering training activities in the region
• Identifying learning needs and developing content accordingly
• Organising and conducting in-person and digital trainings
• Supporting development centres, onboarding, and performance management
• Adapting Scania Academy programs to local needs
• Maintaining training records and ensuring quality standards
• Coordinating trainee and young professional programs
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders and Scania Academy
• P&C administration tasks

Requirements:

• University degree (preferably in HR, education, psychology, or business)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in training, learning & development or HR
• Native-level Hungarian and fluent English, Slovak language is an advantage
• Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to motivate, influence and support learners
• Experience with designing and delivering training content
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital learning tools
• Organised, proactive, self-driven personality
• Driver’s license (category B)
