Job description, duties and responsibilities
The main responsibilities of a Service Advisor include:
• Independently acquiring orders for truck repairs and routine servicing
• Communicating with customers
• Ordering and scheduling service appointments
• Monitoring and coordinating repairs
• Invoicing for repairs performed
• Providing advice to customers
• sales activities for the dealership in contact with customers (after-sales services)
Working hours are organized in 12-hour shifts, alternating between short and long weeks.
The place of work is at the Scania service center in Budča.
Personal qualifications and skills
- Experience in a similar position in the automotive sector is required
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus
- Ability to work in a team, ability to resolve crisis situations
- Fluency in the Slovak language is essential
- Independence, responsibility
- Knowledge of motor vehicle construction
- Driver's license, category B
- IT skills: knowledge of MS Office at least at an intermediate level
- Completed education at least at the secondary school level with a high school diploma
