Werken bij Scania Benelux
Werken bij Scania is werken aan een premium product in een veelzijdige en uitdagende omgeving waarin medewerkers de ruimte krijgen om zich zowel persoonlijk als professioneel te ontwikkelen. Dit betekent dat jij dagelijks aan de slag gaat met de King of the Road onder de trucks. Dagelijks rollen er 6-cilinders binnen en natuurlijk ook de V8'en. Doorgroeien naar elektrisch? Jouw werkomgeving
Samen met je automotive collega’s zorg je dat de vrachtwagens weer rijden als een geoliede machine! Als automonteur voeren jullie reparaties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit naar aanleiding van problemen die blijken uit de keuring uitgevoerd door de APK-keurmeester. Je collega verkoopadviseurs en service-adviseurs hebben vaak het contact met de klant en geven door welke werkzaamheden zijn verricht. Heb je nog geen ervaring? Geen probleem, we leiden je graag op. Beschik jij wel over werkervaring? TOP! Stap dan in de ontwikkelmachine, genaamd Scania, en rijd je toekomst tegemoet.
Jouw kerntaken
• Vaststellen van de benodigde werkzaamheden
• Reparatie en onderhoud aan o.a. trucks, opleggers, laadkleppen
• Uitvoering APK en Tacho
• Bieden van ondersteuning aan jouw collega's en overige werkzaamheden
Jouw profiel
• Een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van 1ste bedrijfsautotechnicus of MTS autotechniek. Je hebt een streepje voor als je ook beschikt over APK en Tacho
• Kennis van- en ervaring met zware bedrijfsauto’s
• Een flexibele en gemotiveerde instelling en servicebereidheid
• Sterk als zelfstandige maar ook sterk in teamverband
• De ambitie om door te groeien binnen onze organisatie

Equipment Installation

Equipment Maintenance and Repair
Carry out standard maintenance and repair activities under detailed guidance. Troubleshoot basic technical or operational problems by applying previously defined solutions.
Resolving Customer Issues
Respond to basic and advanced customer issues such as returns, exchanges, and complaints; escalate appropriately.
Operational Compliance
Develop working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
Customer Relationship Management / Account Management
Make calls (by telephone or in person) to allocated existing customers to maintain relationships. Provide a first point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
Customer Needs Clarification
Interview the customer, following a multi-level sales script, to clarify the customer's requirements.
Work Scheduling and Allocation
Organize own work schedule in order to get the job done, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
Health, Safety and Environment
Follow a range of mandatory procedures and methods of work (including use of personal protection equipment where relevant) to safeguard the environment and the wellbeing of oneself and others.
Personal Capability Building
Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching.
