We are looking for a new member to join the SCANIA service team in Jihlava, someone who can independently tackle assigned tasks and see them through to a successful conclusion. We would like to welcome a colleague who enjoys working with large machines, is interested in learning new things, and sees the value in ensuring the satisfaction of customers and colleagues in the workshop.

What will you be responsible for:

• Management of entrusted service activities from receipt of repair requests to handover of completed work to customers
• Short-term and long-term planning of service activities
• Communication with customers, mechanics, and warehouse staff
• Active monitoring of repairs, assemblies, workshop condition, vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Handling administrative tasks, including invoicing
• Maintaining contact with customers even after vehicle repairs are complete

What knowledge and experience we value:

• High school education, preferably in automotive studies
• At least 3 years of experience in car repair is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Driver's license class B, class C is an advantage
• Customer-oriented approach
• Resilience to stress
• Knowledge of trucks and semi-trailer technology is an advantage
• Experience in managing a small team is a big advantage
• Good level of Czech language (C level), knowledge of English is an advantage
