Lead Management Specialist

Key responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation efforts by identifying and researching potential new clients across various channels.
  • Maintain and update accurate customer and lead information using web tools, social media platforms, and internal databases.
  • Actively engage in outbound calling to present our sales and service offerings, with the goal of generating new leads and expanding our prospect base.
  • Conduct qualification calls with incoming leads to gather key information, understand customer needs, and assess their potential fit with our solutions.
  • Evaluate and prioritise leads based on their level of interest and alignment with our product/service offerings.
  • Craft tailored messages that clearly communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
  • Support the Service Advisor team by managing inbound leads and identifying opportunities based on current customer requirements.
  • Accurately document all lead interactions, qualification notes, and follow-up actions in internal systems.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handovers to the sales and service teams.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective lead nurturing process.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, relevant follow-up and a seamless customer experience.

Requirments

  • Experience in a role involving lead generation and active calling in a B2B context (preferably shared services call centers with technical products)
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian.
  • Fluency in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A good understanding of technical products and solutions with a technical background is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and ability to address different communication styles and objections during active calls.
  • Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Customer and result orientation, ability to manage stressful situations.
