Lead management specialist
Role Summary
Scania Lietuva seeks a dynamic individual with a passion for fast-paced work and excellent communication skills to join its Sales and Service team. The Lead Management Specialist will be crucial in generating and attract new customers through leads, filtering and managing incoming leads, ensuring optimal qualification, and scoring before transferring leads to the sales and service team.
Requirements
- Experience in a role involving lead generation and active calling in a B2B context experience (preferably shared services call centers with technical products)
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Lithuanian;
- Fluency in English; additional foreign languages are advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of technical products and solutions with technical background and advantage.
- Adaptability and ability to address to different communication styles and objections during active calls.
- Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong collaborative skills to work seamlessly with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
- Customer and result orientation, ability to manage stressful situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation efforts by identifying and researching potential new clients across various channels.
- Maintain and update accurate customer and lead information using web tools, social media platforms, and internal databases.
- Actively engage in outbound calling to present our sales and service offerings, with the goal of generating new leads and expanding our prospect base.
- Conduct qualification calls with incoming leads to gather key information, understand customer needs, and assess their potential fit with our solutions.
- Evaluate and prioritise leads based on their level of interest and alignment with our product/service offerings.
- Craft tailored messages that clearly communicate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
- Support the Service Advisor team by managing inbound leads and identifying opportunities based on current customer requirements.
- Accurately document all lead interactions, qualification notes, and follow-up actions in internal systems.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls with qualified leads, ensuring smooth handovers to the sales and service teams.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective lead nurturing process.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, relevant follow-up and a seamless customer experience.
