As the Broker & Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for a team of three people. You will be a dynamic and results driven professional with a passion for sales and relationship building. This role ensures seamless collaboration between external brokers and internal sales operations, driving revenue growth, optimising sales performance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

In this role you will:
•    Lead the internal Sales team in their quest to support the increase in sales volume by working directly with the field-based team.
•    You will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokers and by managing the introducer relationships that drive additional revenue growth. 
•    Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, ensuring alignment with overall sales targets.
•    You will implement and optimise sales processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
•    Maintain a customer-focused approach to identify additional revenue opportunities.
•    Ensure the team accurately maintains CRM records of customer contact.
