In this role you will:

  • Own and develop the Service Sales Strategy, turning full Services revenue potential into clear actions, targets and KPIs.
  • Drive penetration of Contracted and Connected Services by shaping offers, pricing and go‑to‑market plans that align with customer needs and market conditions in conjunction with Global support and strategies.
  • Build compelling, value‑based customer propositions that link Services to uptime, total cost of ownership and operational performance.
  • Equip Sales and the Retail network with the tools, training and guidance they need to sell solution‑ and value‑based Services confidently.
  • Use market insight, customer trends and performance data to continuously improve our Services portfolio and execution through the Retail network.

About you:

  • Able to translate needs clearly - capability to translate technical and operational benefits (e.g. uptime, TCO, connected solutions) into compelling customer value propositions that support solution-based sales.
  • Analytical and performance-driven mindset – highly skilled in analysing market data, financial performance, KPIs and service penetration to identify gaps, define improvement actions and optimise commercial results.
  • Collaborative and influential leadership style – able to work cross-functionally, influence senior stakeholders, and empower Sales and Retail teams to consistently deliver value-added service solutions.
