Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 5pm

Reporting to the Used Vehicle Business controller, the Used Vehicle Stock Coordinator is responsible for the accurate administration, coordination, and control of used vehicle stock. The role ensures that all vehicle movements are effectively planned and executed, balancing speed of delivery with cost efficiency, while maintaining accurate system records.
The role also provides wider administrative and operational support to the Used Sales function and other departments, contributing to overall business efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and ad-hoc support as required.
In this role you will:
- Support the Used Vehicle Business Controller with stock placement across relevant locations
- Coordinate vehicle movements efficiently, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely execution
- Manage relationships with vehicle movement providers to maintain service quality and competitive pricing
- Maintain accurate stock records and locations within internal systems, ensuring overall data integrity
- Produce and distribute regular vehicle movement and stock reports to stakeholders
- Conduct periodic stock audits to ensure alignment between physical stock and system records
- Process and resolve Purchase Ledger invoices and queries related to vehicle movements
- Maintain accurate documentation to support audit and compliance requirements
- Build effective working relationships with internal teams and depot partners
- Support retail stock preparation and provide administrative support to the wider Used Sales function
- Undertake ad-hoc and cross-functional duties as required
About you:
- Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or stock control role within a fast-paced operational or commercial environment
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail at all times
- Confident communicator with experience building effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Strong systems and data capability, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and maintaining high levels of data integrity
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-focused, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively under pressure
