We are looking for a new member to join the SCANIA service team in Olomouc, someone who can independently tackle assigned tasks and see them through to a successful conclusion. We would like to welcome a colleague who enjoys working with large machines, is interested in learning new things, and sees the value in ensuring the satisfaction of customers and colleagues in the workshop.

What you will be responsible for:

• Managing assigned service activities from receiving repair requests to handing over completed work to customers
• Short-term and long-term planning of service activities
• Communicating with customers, mechanics, and warehouse staff
• Active monitoring of repairs, assemblies, workshop condition, vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Handling administrative tasks, including invoicing
• Maintaining contact with customers even after vehicle repairs are complete

What knowledge and experience we value:

• High school education, preferably in automotive studies
• At least 3 years of experience in car repair is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Driver's license class B, class C is an advantage
• Customer-oriented approach
• Resilience to stress
• Knowledge of trucks and trailer technology is an advantage
• Experience in managing a small team is a big advantage
• Knowledge of Czech or Slovak language (C level), English is an advantage
