Location: Milton Keynes /Hybrid
Working Hours: Monday – Friday

In this role you will:
- Develop and nurture positive customer relationships through effective communication and exceptional service, understanding our customers’ requirements.
- Utilise your technical understanding of the HGV industry, to support our customers with their product and service queries.
- Delight in delivering an exceptional service, managing customer accounts, managing expectations, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Understand problems and identify solutions, specifically how Scania can contribute to the optimisation of customers’ profitability.
- Provide an interface between Scania, our Dealer Network, and a nominated portfolio of National Fleet customers.

Team player, committed to succeeding collectively by working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and deliver the best outcomes.
Technical understanding, with a solid background in the HGV industry that provides strong knowledge of the products and services on offer, enabling effective support and informed decision‑making.
Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to manage expectations with honesty and integrity while planning, negotiating, and delivering in line with the premium service Scania provides to customers and colleagues, demonstrating a proactive approach to overcoming hurdles and strong problem‑solving skills to ensure effective outcomes
Strong problem‑solving ability, with the capacity to understand complex issues and identify effective solutions, specifically recognising how Scania’s products and services can support the optimisation of customers’ profitability.
Willingness to travel, including driving to meet customers and colleagues in person to maintain strong relationships and provide effective support.
