Scrum Master for Bus Driver Area

Role Summary

As a Scrum Master within bus Driver Area, you will guide our team in delivering high-quality results through agile methodologies and our development process.

You will be part of a professional engineering environment where quality, structure and collaboration are key, and where your work directly contributes to the complete vehicle.

Job Responsibilities

As a Scrum Master, you will:

 

· Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

· Support the team in breaking down complex tasks into manageable actions aligned with our roadmap.

· Act as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

· Identify and remove impediments to enhance team efficiency and productivity.

· Promote a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the team.

Who You Are

You are structured and quality-oriented with a strong interest in product development. You enjoy working close to the product, take responsibility for your deliveries, and understand how your work fits into the bigger system.

We believe you have:

 

· A Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.

· Proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably within engineering or hardware development teams.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration.

· Good leadership skills to inspire and naturally collaborate with others.

· A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering results and continuous improvement.

· Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus.
