Our Digital Dealer product is a highly valued internal system, relied upon by retailers and service advisors worldwide. As a UX Designer in the Digital Dealer team, you'll collaborate with diverse colleagues and stakeholders, including developers, product owners (POs), and business leaders across Scania. Your contributions will enhance the user experience of a system used globally, ensuring it remains intuitive and impactful. We strongly encourage the person taking on this role to travel every once in a while to our workshops globally to get a better understanding of the customers need and improve collaboration. 

 

Responsibilites

 

  • Conduct user research through interviews, usability tests, and data analysis.
  • Develop wireframes and prototypes tailored to user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with POs and developers to refine design ideas.
  • Design user journeys, flows, and personas to inform development.
  • Incorporate Scania’s Design System into the look and feel of Digital Dealer.
  • Iterate designs quickly based on user and stakeholder feedback.

 

Desired qualifications

 

  • 3–5 years of experience as a UX designer or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of various methodologies and frameworks in UX design.
  • Expertise in conducting user research, creating user flows, and developing personas.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Mural, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • A passion for UX and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Based in the Greater Stockholm Area – as face-to-face collaboration is integral to our work, this is essential.
