Service Administrator - Münsbach & Schifflange
Do you enjoy administration, working with numbers and providing great service?
As a Service Administrator at Scania, you play an important administrative role within our Service organisation. You make sure workshop jobs are correctly completed from an administrative perspective and that customer invoices are prepared and processed accurately and on time.
At the same time, you support our Service Advisors with the day-to-day administration surrounding customers and workshop activities. This makes it a hybrid position combining a strong administrative focus with regular interaction with colleagues, the workshop and customers.
For our Service teams in Münsbach and Schifflange, we are looking for someone who combines accuracy and organisation with a strong service mindset.
What will you do?
- Administratively process and check completed workshop jobs.
- Prepare, verify and process customer invoices.
- Check labour hours, spare parts and other items registered on workshop orders.
- Process administrative corrections and resolve discrepancies together with the relevant colleagues.
- Support Service Advisors with administration and customer follow-up.
- Assist with the preparation and administrative follow-up of quotations and work orders.
- Ensure customer and vehicle information is correctly maintained in our systems.
- When required, support the Service team in welcoming and assisting customers.
- Work closely with Service Advisors, workshop technicians, Parts and Service Management.
You report directly to the Service Manager.
Who are you?
You enjoy working in a structured way and are able to keep an overview when several files require your attention at the same time. You are comfortable working with numbers and administration, while also enjoying interaction and teamwork.
You also have:
- An administrative, commercial or technical qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in administration, invoicing, order processing or a similar position.
- A structured and accurate approach and a good understanding of figures.
- Good knowledge of common Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A strong customer and service-oriented mindset.
- An interest in the automotive, commercial vehicle or transport industry; technical knowledge is an advantage but is not required.
- Good knowledge of either French or German. Knowledge of both languages is an additional advantage.
- The ability to work independently while also enjoying being part of a team.
