Parts Advisor
Role Summary
The main responsibility of the Parts advisor is to carry out daily operations and to follow the standards and regulations for the Warehouse, as well as to actively participate in optimizing the flow of warehouse operations in a cost-effective and profitable manner, aligned with established and defined goals. The role includes maintaining inventory levels that meet the needs of end users and service centers. The Parts advisor is also responsible for collecting, storing, issuing, and accounting for cash and/or spare parts, fluids, consumables, and other items.
Job Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Receiving and fulfilling spare parts requests from internal and external customers;
- Receiving, booking in, arranging, issuing, and monitoring the availability of parts in the warehouse;
- Active sales of Scania spare parts to new and existing customers (at the front desk and by phone);
- Timely and accurate preparation of various reports and statements.
