Role Summary

Scania Bulgaria is recruiting a New Truck Salesman to join our team in Sofia . Our ambition is to become market leader in next 3 years. To achieve this, we are selecting a salesman with drive to overcome objections and rejections from customers, highly ambitious, motivated to make a lot of money based on sales results. Someone who is comfortable to travel extensively within the assigned region (Sofia and NW Region of Bulgaria) to meet customers, learn about their business and explain how Scania can contribute to optimizing customers’ profitability.

As Truck Salesman, you have or you can:

In depth knowledge of local & regional business environment, high understanding of customers, their commercial offerings, industry, business, motivational drivers, and needs.

Excellent negotiation and communication skills. You can persuade, convince, and influence others to obtain their buy-in and support for specific actions or directions.

Understand and apply knowledge about the market within the area of responsibility. Keep up to date with new developments and understand business risks and opportunities.

Outstanding customer relationships skills. You are able to explore positions and alternatives to reach the best possible outcome by seeking mutual benefits and maintaining relationships in business discussions.

Job Responsibilities

 

What you will do:

Plan annually for each customer and prospect, updating regularly. Identify potential customers and create sales opportunities within assigned key account segment.

Grow understanding of customer needs, business environment, operations, and development direction to advise customers. Develop and increase the customer base by analyzing contacts or prospects, understanding their needs, planning and conducting meetings, building relationships, and arguing for Scania’s value proposition.

Forecast and achieve sales volumes and profitability of your portfolio. Negotiate and decide terms and conditions within given authority. Close deals and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.

Ensure maintenance and up-to-date information in Customer Relationship Management System.
