Scania Baltics is looking for Estonia Area Sales Manager   

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales process, coordinating the sales team, and engaging with customers to ensure effective sales strategies. Key responsibilities include monitoring offers, managing stock levels, coordinating trade-in pricing, and planning the use of demo vehicles. You will also be executing marketing initiatives, developing sales strategies, and improving sales processes using CRM systems. 

Your main tasks include:

• Oversee the sales process to ensure smooth operations and sales strategy implementation. 

• Execute Market Analysis to identify new business opportunities, develop and promote Scania products and services. 

• Lead and guide sales force and represent result and customer-oriented mindset.  

• Provide operational support to sales personnel by monitoring offers, manage stock levels, and coordinate trade-in pricing. 

• Make process improvements and ensure sales organization using CRM systems. 

• Take responsibility for business plan implementation, follow up on KPI fulfilment.

• A proven track record of sales management experience; 

• Higher education related to sales;  

• Experience in change management; 

• Result oriented positive person who often takes initiative, easily energizes and inspires others; 

• Fluent in Estonian and English.
