Scania Estonia is looking for a Marketing Manager

In this role, you will lead the Estonian marketing activities, working in close cooperation with the Estonia Area Sales Manager. Your goal is to enhance sales with modern marketing activities. You will be the sole local marketing employee but part of our Baltic Marketing Team and will have close cooperation with the Northern Europe Regional Marketing Team. 

Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring promotion, marketing, and communication for the Scania brand, products, and services; 

• Organizing marketing activities, campaigns, and events; 

• Making and monitoring marketing plans and budgets; 

• Developing and maintaining all digital and social communication channels for Scania Estonia; 

• Ensuring employer branding in cooperation with the People and Culture department; 

• Effectively coordinating the work of suppliers and maintaining good internal and external partnerships. 

We welcome you to apply if you have the next competencies:

• A proven track record of 5 years of marketing and/or communication experience and education; 

• The ability to easily grasp new trends in marketing and communication; 

• Motivation to work on various projects simultaneously; 

• Fluency in Estonian and English.
