Scania Technical Assistance Coordinator
Your job responsibilities:
- Provide Scania technical support services to Scania Eesti customers;
- Book service times for Scania Eesti customer vehicles abroad;
- Check invoices received from other countries and prepare invoices for technical assistance cases;
- Coordinate the provision of Scania emergency services;
- Contact the global Technical Assistance Service for customer complaints.
As a good candidate, you have:
- The ability to work independently and make decisions within your competencies;
- Appropriate secondary or higher education;
- Desired knowledge of the heavy truck industry and the technical design of vehicles;
- Very good organizational and administrative skills;
- High stress tolerance and empathy;
- Very good knowledge of Estonian, English, and Russian;
- Good computer skills.
