Key Account Manager

SCANIA LITHUANIA - an international foreign capital transport trading and repair company leading in sustainable transport solutions and the premium segment. The company‘s activities include the trade of new and used trucks and buses, their financing and insurance, technical servicing and repair in authorized company service centers in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Šiauliai.  Scania is looking for a new position Key Account Manager to be one contact point for the biggest client of Scania Lithuania in Vilnius.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

• Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with strategic customers to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives;
• Translate strategic customer's  needs to Scania - tailored solutions and work together with relevant functions in order to create the best total offer, incl.both vehicles and services;
• Serve as a link of communication between key customers and internal teams;
• Ensure smooth order fulfilment and deliveries to customers according to encompassing sales and logistics processes;
• Ensure smooth preparation of all necessary documents and order administration;
• Act professionally as a Scania ambassador and market the full range of Scania products and services;
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

EXPECTATIONS

• At least 2 years of experience in technical solutions sales;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent big projects management skills;
• Fluent in English (both oral and written):
• Passion for challenges and high achievement orientation;
• High level of computer literacy.
