Service Advisor - Budapest
Scania Hungária Ltd. is looking for a Service Advisor to join its team in Budapest.
We are looking for a customer-oriented professional whose organizational skills and technical interest will contribute to maintaining the high standard of our service operations. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the entire repair process from vehicle reception to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and coordinating the repair process
- Planning and scheduling service work
- Preparing quotations and managing work orders and invoices
- Keeping customers informed about the status of repairs
- Cooperating with the workshop and other departments
- Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Minimum secondary-level technical qualification (applications from recent graduates with a higher education technical degree are also welcome)
- Experience in the automotive industry or a service environment
- Customer-focused, self-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in standard computer applications
- Category B driving licence
- Willingness to work in shifts
