Roadside Assistance Coordinator

Role Summary

This role is responsible for handling 24-hour roadside assistance calls and supporting drivers when vehicle issues occur. The role requires gathering information from drivers, identifying vehicle locations, documenting reported issues, and communicating clearly with workshops and technicians. The goal is to help repair teams quickly understand the situation and provide efficient roadside support.

此職務負責處理 24 小時道路救援案件，並於車輛發生問題時提供駕駛即時協助。透過蒐集駕駛資訊、確認車輛位置、記錄故障情況，以及與服務廠及維修團隊保持良好溝通，協助維修人員快速掌握狀況並提供有效的道路救援服務。

Job Responsibilities

• Answer and handle 24-hour roadside assistance calls.
  應答並處理 24 小時道路救援來電。
• Collect information from drivers about vehicle problems and locations.
  蒐集駕駛回報的車輛問題及所在位置資訊。
• Identify and confirm vehicle locations to arrange roadside support.
  確認車輛位置並安排道路救援支援。
• Record reported issues accurately and clearly.
  準確記錄駕駛回報的問題內容。
• Translate driver feedback into information that technicians can understand and use.
  將駕駛回報內容轉換為維修團隊可理解及運用的資訊。
• Communicate and coordinate with drivers, workshops, and technicians throughout the case.
  與駕駛、服務廠及維修團隊保持溝通與協調。
• Follow standard procedures to ensure smooth case handling.
  依照標準作業流程處理案件。
• Provide regular updates on case progress to relevant parties.
  持續向相關人員更新案件進度。
• Work rotating night shifts when required. Night shift allowance will be provided separately.
  需輪值夜班（夜班津貼另計）。
• Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  完成其他主管交辦事項。

Other Requirements

• Good verbal expression and communication skills.
  良好的語言表達與溝通技巧
• Strong coordination and integration awareness.
  具備整合與協調意識
• High stress tolerance and emotional stability.
  抗壓性與情緒穩定性高
• Taiwanese language communication ability is preferred.
  台語溝通尤佳
  
• Basic understanding of Taiwan's road network.
  具備台灣路網概念
  
• Microsoft Office document processing skills.
  Microsoft 文書資料處理能力
  
• Chinese and English typing skills.
