Scania Assistance Engineer

Role Summary

This role is responsible for handling 24-hour roadside assistance cases, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, workshops, and relevant parties. The position focuses on delivering timely support, facilitating communication, and guiding cases toward effective and satisfactory resolutions while following established procedures.
 
此職務負責處理 24 小時道路救援案件,確保客戶、服務廠與相關人員之間的順暢協作。主要工作在於提供即時支援、促進溝通,並依照標準流程引導案件達成有效且適當的解決方案。

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer 24-hour roadside assistance calls.
    應答 24 小時道路救援電話
  • Assist in building consensus between workshops and case-related parties to ensure cases progress smoothly without conflict.
    協助服務廠與案件相關人員之間建立共識,讓案件在不衝突的情況下推進
  • Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to help customers reach positive and acceptable solutions.
    遵循作業程序與指引,協助客戶達成正面且可接受的解決方案
  • Continuously update all relevant parties on case progress and ensure information is timely and transparent.
    持續向所有相關方更新案件進度,保持資訊即時透明
  • Work rotating night shifts when required; night shift allowance will be provided separately.
    需輪值夜班(夜班津貼另計)
  • Report roadside assistance information in written English.
    以英文書面回報救援資訊
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
    完成其他主管交辦事項  

Other Requirements

  • Good verbal expression and communication skills.
    良好的語言表達與溝通技巧
  • Strong coordination and integration awareness.
    具備整合與協調意識
  • High stress tolerance and emotional stability.
    抗壓性與情緒穩定性高
  • Taiwanese language communication ability is preferred.
    台語溝通尤佳
  • Basic understanding of Taiwan's road network.
    具備台灣路網概念
  • Microsoft Office document processing skills.
    Microsoft 文書資料處理能力
  • Chinese and English typing skills. 
    基本中英打字能力
