Service Advisor

Role Summary

Responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation of the service reception, from customer inquiries, service execution, invoice completion, to follow-up activities. This role focuses on meeting customer needs and expectations, improving workshop efficiency, and building long-term customer relationships.

負責確保服務接待的日常運作順暢,從客戶諮詢、服務執行、發票完成到後續追蹤,全程滿足客戶需求與期望,並協助提升維修廠的運作效率,建立長期穩定的客戶關係。

Job Responsibilities

Commercial Vehicle Service & Maintenance

商用車維修保養服務

  1. 客戶接待:負責迎接並協助客戶,解答相關疑問。
    Customer Reception: Welcome and assist customers, providing information and answering service-related inquiries.
  2. 服務安排:依據客戶需求安排維修與保養服務。
    Service Coordination: Schedule maintenance and repair services according to customer needs.
  3. 文件管理:負責客戶資料的登錄與管理,包含維修紀錄及發票。
    Documentation Management: Record and maintain customer information, including service records and invoices.
  4. 溝通協調:與技術人員及其他部門保持良好溝通,確保服務流程順暢。
    Communication & Coordination: Work closely with technicians and other departments to ensure a smooth service process.
  5. 客戶關係維護:定期追蹤客戶滿意度,蒐集回饋並提出改善建議。
    Customer Relationship Management: Follow up on customer satisfaction, collect feedback, and recommend service improvements.
  6. 庫存管理:協助零件及耗材之庫存管理,確保供應充足。 
    Inventory Support: Assist in managing the inventory of parts and consumables to ensure adequate stock availability.
