Sales Director - Executive

Role Summary

• Your main responsibility is to lead, develop and grow Scania truck sales through dealer network and maximize our customers and their customers satisfaction and loyalty, and business performance contributing to profitable growth of Scania. 
• You are responsible in developing and implementing Scania sales strategies based on structured sales to reach short-, medium- and long-term targets. This requires efficient and frequent interaction, coaching and supporting dealer sales teams.
• You are member of Scania Korea Group (SKG) Executive Management Team and report to SKG Managing Director. 

Job Responsibilities

• Lead sales by your own example, and empower and motivate teams to reach the targets
• Represent truck sales in the SKG Executive Management Team, actively participating and contributing to consolidated business improvements
• Implement and foster Scania sales mindset in the entire organization 
• Develop and implement sales strategy based on structured sales, Retail Sales Management (RSM) through  Customer Relationship Management (CRM) approach
• Business Plan development, implementation and follow-up
• Set sales plans, forecasts, objectives and targets
• Monitor market and competitor activities, trends and demands
• Follow up sales, financial performance and customer loyalty
• Identify deviations and generate appropriate development plans and actions
• Regularly visit dealers for development and follow up, and interact with and visit together their customers
• Participate AOR Regional and other relevant international meeting
