Service Advisor
Role Summary
We are looking for a new member to join the SCANIA service team in Brno, someone who can independently handle assigned tasks and see them through to a successful conclusion. We would like to welcome a colleague who enjoys working with large machines, is interested in learning new things, and sees the value in ensuring customer satisfaction and the well-being of colleagues in the workshop.
What you will be responsible for:
- Managing assigned service activities from receiving repair requests to handing over completed work to customers
- Short-term and long-term planning of service activities
- Communicating with customers, mechanics, and warehouse staff
- Actively monitoring repairs, assemblies, the condition of the workshop, vehicles, equipment, etc.
- Handling administrative tasks, including invoicing
- Maintaining contact with customers even after the vehicle has been repaired
What knowledge and experience we value:
- High school education, preferably in automotive studies
- At least 3 years of experience in car repair is an advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Driver's license class B, class C is an advantage
- Customer-oriented approach
- Stress resistance
- Knowledge of the field of trucks and trailer technology is an advantage
- Experience in leading a small team is a big advantage
- Knowledge of English is an advantage
