Service Advisor

Role Summary

We are looking for a new member to join the SCANIA service team in Brno, someone who can independently handle assigned tasks and see them through to a successful conclusion. We would like to welcome a colleague who enjoys working with large machines, is interested in learning new things, and sees the value in ensuring customer satisfaction and the well-being of colleagues in the workshop.

What you will be responsible for:

• Managing assigned service activities from receiving repair requests to handing over completed work to customers
• Short-term and long-term planning of service activities
• Communicating with customers, mechanics, and warehouse staff
• Actively monitoring repairs, assemblies, the condition of the workshop, vehicles, equipment, etc.
• Handling administrative tasks, including invoicing
• Maintaining contact with customers even after the vehicle has been repaired

What knowledge and experience we value:

• High school education, preferably in automotive studies
• At least 3 years of experience in car repair is an advantage
• Very good communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Driver's license class B, class C is an advantage
• Customer-oriented approach
• Stress resistance
• Knowledge of the field of trucks and trailer technology is an advantage
• Experience in leading a small team is a big advantage
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
