The Role

We are seeking a professional and organised Reception & Administration Coordinator to support Scania’s Corporate Office.

 

As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing reception, calls, mail, and general administrative duties.

 

About you

You are a proactive and customer-focused professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Your positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment enable you to build effective working relationships across the business.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a reception and/or administration role.
  • Exposure to basic accounting processes, including reconciliations and record keeping.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional and friendly approach to customer service.
