What you will do

You will integrate as a key member of our dynamic NVP (New Vehicle Preparation) team, through developing strong internal/external customer relationships, you will ensure their needs and expectations are achieved throughout their Scania experience. 

• As the face of Scania Parts, you will be first point of contact, welcoming our customers (face to face, phone or email)
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Through excellent customer relationship management, you will drive sales growth of Scania parts
• Developing an understanding of individual customer product and service needs
• Be part of the shift towards a sustainable transport future

Who you are

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes.

• You are passionate and enjoy providing solutions and service advice to customers
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong abilities in time management, organisation and administration
• Ability to think on your feet and show initiative
• Previous experience in a parts/warehouse role (automotive industry preferred)
