About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Performance Portfolio Analyst to support the management of service contracts, supplier performance, and operational delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring contracted services are delivered efficiently, meet customer expectations, and achieve business objectives.

 

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical coordination skills, and a solid understanding of business controlling principles, including budgeting, cost management, performance reporting, and financial analysis.

 

Based in Campbellfield, Vic or Richlands, Qld.

 

About You
You are a highly organised and stakeholder-focused professional who enjoys working collaboratively and delivering quality outcomes

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Business Controller or commercial management knowledge and experience
  • Sound understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
  • Experience in contract establishment and administration
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with reporting tools
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy

Desirable

  • Experience working within service, maintenance, or industrial environments
  • Experience supporting operational and financial performance reviews
