The Role
At Scania, we are as passionate about our customers as they are about our brand.  Scania Assistance provides 24/7 breakdown assistance and complete peace of mind.

What you will do

  • Receive customer calls relating to breakdown and recovery of Scania vehicles
  • Support the customer through the process to a successful conclusion, continuously inform and keep all parties updated
  • Administrate Scania Assistance cases from the customers’ first call to closing the case
  • Communicate with repair workshops and all parties involved to ensure the customer is mobile within reasonable timescales

Roster
This is a 4 week rotating roster, 3 days on, 2 days off.  1 week 50 hours, the follow week 30 hours - 80 hour fortnight. Example below.

Who you are
To be successful in this role, you will require the following:

  • Technical mind set, solution focussed
  • Previous experience in technical role from the automotive industry (pref)
  • Previous call centre experience (des)
  • Quality oriented; Excellent communication skills, verbal & written
  • High levels of accuracy & attention to detail
  • Geographical knowledge throughout Aus, NZ & UK (pref)
