IS/IT Specialist

Role Summary

What you’ll be doing

• Providing daily IT support to users (1st level), handling incidents and service requests
• Cooperating with 2nd and 3rd level support when deeper technical expertise is required
• Working with ServiceNow and communicating with users from initial request through resolution
• Supporting colleagues with Power BI, Power Apps, and SharePoint
• Assisting with data, access rights, and information sharing
• Participating in process automation (Xeelo) and digital improvement initiatives
• Bringing your own ideas on how to simplify and improve processes

Who we’re looking for

• Someone who enjoys IT and technology and is eager to keep learning
• A person who is comfortable communicating and likes helping others
• A candidate with prior knowledge of MS Office (including PowerQuery), Excel, and SQL / T-SQL
• Experience with Power BI or Power Apps is an advantage (but not required)
• A team player with a proactive approach
• Fluency in Czech or Slovak and English is required
