Receptionist
Role Summary
We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive personality who enjoys working with people and is not afraid to communicate in English. If you have a customer-oriented mindset and can ensure the smooth running of the reception area, you might be the right fit for us.
Your responsibilities:

Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company reception and front office

Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and customers

Welcoming, announcing and escorting visitors to meeting rooms

Handling and transferring incoming phone calls, delivering messages promptly (by phone, email or in person)

Arranging refreshments for visitors and preparing monthly cost reports

Daily distribution of incoming mail, invoice registration and handling outgoing mail

Ordering office supplies, business cards and stamps

Arranging taxi and courier services
-
Issuing and activating employee ID cards, maintaining visitor records

Supporting the organization of company events
-
Providing administrative support to HR, Purchasing and Management
Your profile:

Fluent Czech or Slovak language skills
-
English at minimum B1 level (intermediate)

Strong communication skills and professional appearance

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Accuracy, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset

Flexibility and positive attitude
-
Driving license (Category B)
