Receptionist

Role Summary

We are looking for a friendly, reliable and proactive personality who enjoys working with people and is not afraid to communicate in English. If you have a customer-oriented mindset and can ensure the smooth running of the reception area, you might be the right fit for us.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the smooth daily operation of the company reception and front office

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and customers

  • Welcoming, announcing and escorting visitors to meeting rooms

  • Handling and transferring incoming phone calls, delivering messages promptly (by phone, email or in person)

  • Arranging refreshments for visitors and preparing monthly cost reports

  • Daily distribution of incoming mail, invoice registration and handling outgoing mail

  • Ordering office supplies, business cards and stamps

  • Arranging taxi and courier services

  • Issuing and activating employee ID cards, maintaining visitor records

  • Supporting the organization of company events

  • Providing administrative support to HR, Purchasing and Management

Your profile:

  • Fluent Czech or Slovak language skills

  • English at minimum B1 level (intermediate)

  • Strong communication skills and professional appearance

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Accuracy, proactivity and customer-oriented mindset

  • Flexibility and positive attitude

  • Driving license (Category B)
