What you will do

As part of the New Vehicle Preparation team you will ensure the coordination of vehicles through the workshop, meeting the needs and expectations of delivery throughout the customers Scania experience, from the development of Work Orders, Ordering of parts, Scheduling of the workshop and invoicing. You will be responsible for;

  • The efficient operation of the sales administration processes from new vehicle orders through to the final delivery to the customer.
  • Liaise closely with external and internal Stakeholders
  • Delivering exceptional customer communication – external and internal
  • Coordinate the vehicle logistics, supply and preparation of new vehicles.
  • Creating and invoicing work orders, job lines and allocating work to the workshop for planning of activity.
