We are expanding our Global Knowledge Centre in Gdańsk as part of a global Transformation Project, and are looking for a skilled Global Internal Communication Specialist (M/F) to drive the planning, developing, and delivering of clear, engaging, and consistent communication of the Centre growth and transformation to global stakeholders.

 

As our Internal Communication Specialist, you will be a key member of the Global People & Culture function, ensuring that key transformation updates, knowledge assets, and initiatives are effectively communicated across the organization. Working closely with the Knowledge Centre team and Transformation stakeholders, the Communication Specialist translates complex program topics into structured, accessible communication tailored to different audiences.

About the role

The Communication Specialist contributes to strengthening the visibility and impact of the Knowledge Centre by maintaining communication channels, supporting storytelling around the Transformation project, and ensuring that knowledge, insights, and progress are shared effectively across the global HR community and relevant business stakeholders.

 

Through well-structured communication planning, content creation, and coordination of global messaging, the Communication Specialist helps foster engagement, understanding, and collaboration across the transformation program.

What you'll do

  • Plan and deliver communication activities supporting the Knowledge Centre and Service Operations Program
  • Create and maintain high quality communication materials: presentations, newsletters, intranet content, leadership updates, program announcements, and other communication assets, ensuring clarity and consistency
  • Collaborate with Transformation leaders, P&C stakeholders, and subject matter experts to gather input and translate key messages into structured communications
  • Maintain internal communication platforms such as intranet pages, collaboration spaces, newsletters, and knowledge repositories ensuring content is current and accessible
  • Adapt communication content to suit different audiences while maintaining alignment with overall program messaging and transformation narrative
  • Promote knowledge assets, best practices, and program insights to encourage learning, collaboration, and reuse across the organization
  • Monitor communication effectiveness, gather feedback from stakeholders, and propose improvements to communication approaches and tools

What you'll bring

Skills & Tools

 

  • Fluent English at C2 (CEFR) level, both written and spoken; additional languages are an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate communication across multiple workstreams, ensuring consistency of messaging
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills; ability to partner with multiple teams, stakeholders, leadership, and subject matter experts to develop effective communication
  • Proven ability to translate complex topics into clear and engaging communication tailored to different audiences
  • Proficiency in collaboration and communication tools (e.g. Microsoft 365: PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams or similar digital platforms)
  • Organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple communication activities simultaneously

 

Professional Profile and Background

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Communication (internal, program, change, or corporate), preferably within a global organization
  • Experience supporting large-scale initiatives, transformation programs, or strategic projects, ideally within People & Culture / HR environments
  • Proven experience developing high-quality communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, leadership briefings, intranet content, and program updates
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, gathering input and translating complex topics into clear and structured communication
  • Experience managing and maintaining internal communication channels, such as intranet pages, collaboration platforms, or knowledge repositories
  • Experience supporting knowledge sharing, communities of practice, or knowledge management initiatives, ensuring information is structured, accessible, and reusable across the organization
  • Experience working in international organizations, supporting communication across diverse audiences and cultural contexts
