Global Mobility and Compensation Team Manager (P&C Operations)

About the role

The Team Manager Global Mobility & Compensation is responsible for managing the daily delivery of processes covering global mobility as well as compensation and performance administration within a defined geography.

The role ensures consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of services aligned with regional and global service delivery models. As a first-line manager, you will lead a team of Relocation Partners and Compensation & Performance Administrators, ensuring high-quality operational delivery, stakeholder satisfaction, and continuous process improvement across assigned countries.

You will work closely with P&C Business Partners, in-country P&C teams, Payroll, and Global Process Owners to ensure seamless service delivery and policy adherence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily delivery of Global Mobility and Compensation & Performance services across assigned markets, ensuring compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and internal standards.
  • Monitor service quality, resolve operational issues, and address delivery gaps.
  • Act as a key contact for P&C and business stakeholders, ensuring service satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, P&C Operations, and Global Process Owners to maintain seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, ensuring high data quality and proper governance.
  • Drive process standardization, documentation updates, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and develop the team, ensuring effective workload distribution and a high-performance culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, immigration, data protection, and internal controls, managing escalations and complex cases.

 

Requirements

  • Experience delivering employee lifecycle services in regional or global shared services environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Global Mobility, or Compensation and Benefits
  • Previous team leadership experience in operational HR.
  • Strong background in multi-country environments with a focus on compliance and governance.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and service optimization.
