P&C Operations Specialist

As a P&C Operations Specialist, you will be a vital part of the People & Culture Operations team, delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR services across the employee lifecycle. Acting as a key point of contact for routine HR inquiries, you will ensure high-quality transactional support while contributing to a consistent and positive employee experience across the region.

About the Role

 

Working closely with People & Culture Operations teams and HR colleagues in the business, you will support day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities. Your work will ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and smooth HR operations, while supporting employees and managers with reliable and professional service.

 

 

What You'll Do

 

HR Transactions & Administration

  • Process standard HR transactions across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding documentation, contract generation, personal data updates, and offboarding administration
  • Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR administrative tasks in line with established procedures

 

Employee Inquiry Handling & Tier 2 Support

  • Monitor, analyze, and handle incoming HR-related requests
  • Respond to routine employee and manager queries using templates, SOPs, and system guidance
  • Act as Tier 2 support and provide expert responses within assigned process areas

 

Data Accuracy & HRIS Maintenance

  • Ensure correct and up-to-date data entry in SuccessFactors and document management systems
  • Support data quality checks and contribute to audit-ready HR records

 

Process Documentation & Knowledge Base Maintenance

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within P&C Operations
  • Maintain and update internal documentation, templates, and user guides

 

Compliance, Reporting & Record Management

  • Support filing, compliance tracking, and digital archiving of employee records
  • Generate standard HR letters, employment confirmations, and reports as needed
  • Escalate non-standard or complex cases to the Team Manager or appropriate stakeholders

 

 

What You Bring

 

Skills & Tools

  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced experience with SAP SuccessFactors
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Customer-focused mindset

 

Professional Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in HR administration within HR systems
  • Good understanding of employee lifecycle processes
  • Experience handling confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to resolve routine HR cases independently

 

Your Background

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Focus on delivering accurate, timely, and high-quality HR services
