Resourcing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our team and support talent acquisition activities in an international environment.

In this role, you will focus on strategic sourcing, building talent pipelines, and close collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, ensuring access to the right talent at the right time.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and other sourcing tools

• Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for key roles

• Conduct talent mapping and labor market analysis

Recruitment Process Support

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes in close cooperation with the Talent Acquisition team

• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews

• Coordinate recruitment stages and maintain ongoing communication with candidates

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand current and future hiring needs

• Advise on talent availability and effective sourcing strategies

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening stages

• Build long-term relationships with candidates and talent communities

Systems & Data Management

• Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)

• Ensure data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with internal processes

Employer Branding

• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and online/offline events

Process Improvement

• Identify new sourcing channels and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Talent Acquisition
